Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support and assistance in the delivery of large and complex infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, manage documentation, and ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain project schedules, track budgets, and ensure that all project deliverables are completed within the approved time frames.
  • Action tasks necessary to obtain planning, infrastructure and development approvals.
  • Assist with the preparation and sign off on briefs for external consultancies, manage and liaise with consultants/contractors participating in the design and delivery of projects.
  • Process and coordinate with External Resources to action Contract Correspondence including Site Instructions, RFI's, EOT's, Variations and other contract correspondence as directed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completed relevant tertiary studies in Building / Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in the Construction, infrastructure or engineering industry.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
