The Lifestyle and Activewear Brand, based in Sydney, is seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their Flagship Bondi Junction boutique. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and ensuring seamless store operations.

About the Role

  • Manage the overall performance of the flagship store, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Supervise and motivate Store Managers to achieve sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Coordinate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies, ensure brand consistency, and drive growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing store displays, manage inventory, and optimize stock levels.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior retail or multi-site role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
  • High-level attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with CEOs and executive teams, with a strong understanding of business strategy and operations.
