Expertise in dam engineering is crucial for our organization. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a vital role in contributing to the development of sustainable water solutions.

The position involves structural analysis and review of concrete dams, spillways, and appurtenant structures, as well as conceptual to detailed design of dams and structural components.

You will work closely with specialists nationally and internationally to deliver complex and high-impact projects across the country.

We offer flexible work arrangements, including alternative start/finish times, part-time, job-sharing, and hybrid work options.

  • Demonstrated capability in structural design, including the preparation of design reports, design drawings, and specifications.
  • Positive attitude and ability to see challenges as opportunities to innovate and collaborate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
