Job Description

You will lead a high-profile national team in Dam Engineering as a senior expert. Your responsibilities include overseeing design, safety reviews, and remediation for dams and infrastructure.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve leading studies and detailed design projects, contributing to strategic planning, conducting inspections and investigations, and integrating technical inputs to deliver project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead studies and detailed design projects related to dam remediation, expansion, and new facility establishment
  • Contribute to operational management for dam projects and related infrastructure
  • Support the team to conduct inspections, investigations, and condition assessments of existing dams to ensure safety and compliance
  • Integrate innovative solutions into dam safety reviews
  • Deliver project outcomes by integrating technical inputs from peers
  • Sponsor growth within the team by identifying market opportunities and providing support in market engagement activities
  • Liaise with sector leadership and peer groups across regions; act as a brand ambassador
  • Mentor junior engineers, supporting their professional development
