Job Opportunity for Senior Dam Operations Engineer
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mechanical engineer to lead the development of innovative dam operations and equipment integration solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to the delivery of sustainable infrastructure projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Mechanical engineering design for dam operations and equipment integration.
- Inspection, investigation, and condition assessment of existing dams.
- Construction support services including inspection of works, evaluation of quality control and quality assurance data, and construction reporting.
- Preparation of tenders and proposals and providing mentoring.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical design, including the preparation of design reports, design drawings, and specifications, ideally within the dam industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and the local industry.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
