The Strategic Financial Partner will play a pivotal role in collaborating with senior leaders to drive informed decision-making and propel transformative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver actionable financial insights to support strategic planning, including presenting key findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with department leaders to develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts, and collaborate with operations teams to drive efficiency improvements.
- Analyse complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and prepare and present detailed reports to key stakeholders.
- Drive process enhancements across financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and regulations.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CA/CPA qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the retail industry, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with proficiency in financial systems and tools.
