Job Summary

This role involves collaborating with operational and commercial teams to drive strategic financial outcomes across manufacturing, supply chain, and sales functions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting/Finance, be CA/CPA qualified, and possess Big 4/Mid-Tier experience.

  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive strategic financial outcomes.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Deliver insightful analysis on product performance, cost drivers, and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate capital expenditure, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Provide commercial support for new product development, market expansion, and strategic projects.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with ASX reporting standards and internal governance frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven capability to partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
