Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to drive strategic insights, influence key decisions, and partner with stakeholders across a complex, customer-focused business.

  • Partner with operational leaders to provide insightful financial analysis and drive performance improvement.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning support to the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth through data-driven analysis.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and commentary to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to commercial projects, pricing strategies, and investment evaluations to drive business outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations to enhance process efficiency.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a fast-paced and high-performing environment.
  • FMCG or Retail industry experience with demonstrated expertise in commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide value-adding commercial and business advice to senior management.
  • Proven ability to develop effective partnerships between support and business functions to drive results.
  • Critical and objective thinker with strong, cross-functional problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in facilitating alignment and shared understanding across functional teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce or business, with accounting or finance majors.
  • Hold a CA or CPA qualification with relevant certifications.
