
Sales Automation Solutions Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Sales Specialist position within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer account growth through the adoption of Red Hat Ansible Automation software solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customers' business drivers and create compelling narratives that position Red Hat's automation solutions as key ingredients in delivering technology-fueled innovation and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities include managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, meeting quantitative and qualitative performance expectations, and identifying transformation projects by engaging senior executives and winning their mindshare.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience selling automation and management software offerings, cloud services, or related technology offerings.
- Value-based solutions selling experience; ability to translate customer business and transformation objectives to the value delivered by technology solutions.
- Creative thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Passion for open source technology and understanding of the Red Hat software subscription business model.
- Proven ability to work seamlessly with global, cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers.
