The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR function, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Prepare orientation materials, schedule orientation sessions, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Support in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and requests. Assist with conflict resolution and promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Maintain and update employee records, assist with HR documentation, and support HR-related administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation.
- Support the planning and implementation of training programs and professional development initiatives, ensuring they are accessible and inclusive for all employees.
- Assist in ensuring that HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and reflect best practices in diversity and inclusion.
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team environment. Professionalism and empathy.
- Office environment. Standard working hours are generally from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
