We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Disaster Management Coordinator to join our team at Joondalup Health Campus, operated by Ramsay Health Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with emergency providers to maintain, develop, and continuously improve protocols and procedures to ensure a state of readiness to efficiently deal with any emergency.
  • Lead and manage a team to ensure effective disaster management and response.
  • Develop and implement disaster management plans and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Extensive relevant professional experience at a senior level in emergency disaster management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of emergency and disaster management legislative and Australian Standards requirements relating to hospitals.

  • Demonstrated ability with conceptual, analytical, and report writing skills in relation to incident and disaster management.
  • Demonstrated advanced interpersonal skills, including communication at all levels.
