Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to take on the role of Implementation Consultant. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients, efficiently and effectively plan and coordinate projects, and successfully implement assigned products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a technical advisor to customers during the sales cycle.
  • Help clients plan implementation projects, including setting up engagements and planning sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are initiated promptly, reflecting client expectations.
  • Create project reports to communicate status to key client stakeholders and business functions.
  • Track project performance to meet expectations and timelines, manage risks, and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Possess a background in technology or law with solid experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities, pre-installation assessment, systems analysis, software integration, and post-installation implementation assessment.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, and Document Management Systems such as iManage and NetDocuments.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills – quickly mitigate challenges to prevent project outcomes from being affected.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with sales, product, and support teams.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet frequent and possibly conflicting deadlines and work schedules.
