Part-Time Bookkeeper Required

A reputable international leader in architectural fabric structure seeks a part-time bookkeeper to join their team in Melbourne. The role offers flexibility in structuring days and hours, either 2/3 full days or 5 school-hour days.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account payable duties are essential.
  • Accounts receivable duties must be performed efficiently.
  • Preparation of the Business Activity Statement (BAS) is crucial.
  • Weekly payroll processing for 18 staff members requires meticulous attention to detail.
  • Accounts/Finance admin tasks are vital for the company's operations.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MYOB is required.
  • Excellent communication & verbal skills are essential.
  • Great problem-solving and attention to detail are critical.
  • The successful candidate must be available to work Tuesdays for payroll processing.
