Marketing and Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Administrative Specialist to join our team at Remote Staff. As a Marketing and Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up our client's lighting design and products division, creating brand awareness through online and social media, and executing targeted email marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Provide personal assistant duties, including managing emails, preparing quotes, handling invoicing, and scheduling appointments to ensure the seamless operation of daily business activities.
- Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned by the client.
- Possibly manage products in the ecommerce store with basic WordPress.
- Create weekly blogs to showcase the company's expertise and thought leadership.
- At least three years of marketing experience, particularly in social media and email marketing.
- Ability to create content and captions.
- Experience in basic graphic design.
- Experience in using tools such as AI, Canva, and other effective marketing platforms.
- Preferrably with customer service experience.
- Creative and has attention to details.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Can follow instructions with ease and provide feedback if necessary.
