Wellbeing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Feros Care. The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Allied Health, with relevant registration, and previous case management experience, particularly in community and aged care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct HPC/STRC assessments and apply goal-oriented, outcome-focused, and holistic approaches to support clients.
- Develop and maintain strong networks with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Hold a current driver's license and be comfortable traveling throughout the region.
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
