Chisholm Institute of TAFE is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations & Wellbeing leader to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading workplace relations advice across Chisholm and its controlled entities, as well as developing and implementing workplace governance frameworks, policies, and practices related to workplace relations and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to customer-focused stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to work at all levels and build collaborative and cooperative relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading workplace relations advice across Chisholm and its controlled entities.
- Developing and implementing workplace governance frameworks, policies, and practices related to workplace relations and wellbeing.
- Providing advice and leading operational strategies to ensure employee productivity is well managed and is in accordance with the relevant industrial instruments and Chisholm's goals.
- Delivering practical solutions that drive compliance, risk reduction, and positive employee and business outcomes.
- Implementing and driving new and ongoing initiatives in Chisholm's Strategic Plan and People Plan related to the Workplace Relations & Wellbeing portfolio.
About You:
You will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, law, psychology, or a related discipline, and/or extensive experience in the function. A Postgraduate qualification in a related discipline is desirable.
