The Family Violence Counselling and Support Service offers specialised support to assist adults, children and young people who have experienced family violence.
About the Role:- Work effectively as a team member to provide services to adults, children and young people affected by family violence.
- Deliver specialist services to address the complex needs of adults, children and young people in accordance with best practice principles.
- Develop and deliver interventions that incorporate multi-level assessments to meet the diverse needs of individuals.
- Demonstrated understanding of family violence and its impact on adults, children and young people.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with complex needs and apply appropriate models of intervention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
