Family Violence Specialist for Adults, Children and Young Persons

The Department of Health is seeking a Family Violence Specialist to join their multidisciplinary team.
This role involves working with adults, children, and young people affected by family violence. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of family violence and its impact on vulnerable individuals and families.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing professional support and services to those affected by family violence.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing strategies to address family violence
- Providing counseling and support services to adults, children, and young people
- Collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive services
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to exercise professional judgment and initiative.
A degree in social work or a related field is highly desirable.
