Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our practice group. You will work alongside a team of experienced lawyers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality work and exceptional client experiences.

This role involves acting for a diverse range of clients across various corporate needs, including business sale and purchase, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans, and general commercial contracts.

The ideal candidate will have broad corporate law expertise, experience in efficiently managing workflows and projects in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of various corporate documents, such as shareholders agreements, share buy-backs, and general commercial contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and provide expert advice to clients on relevant matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of corporate law experience in a reputable law firm.
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to think commercially.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
