The Coach plays a vital role in delivering our Employment Services Strategy, which is focused on improving sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring each participant's individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the forefront of your focus.
  • Effectively supporting a caseload of participants by providing support, guidance, and direction.
  • Achieving individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with Inclusive Employment Australia requirements.
