Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and securing employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Supporting participants in developing the skills needed to become job-ready
  • Maintaining high levels of service quality while meeting contractual obligations
  • Enhancing participant employability through targeted training and referrals
  • Crafting personalized job plans to facilitate clear career pathways
  • Nurturing positive relationships with local employers and community groups

This role requires a driven individual who can demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a solutions-focused approach.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can remain composed under pressure and adapt to the challenges of the role.

A background in sales, retail, customer service, consulting, business development, or administration would be highly advantageous.
