We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Suites Manager to join our team at Ramsay Clinic New Farm. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for the overall operations, development, and success of our consulting suites.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the efficient and effective operation of our comprehensive customer-focused administration service, ensuring clients have a positive experience with our practice from their first phone call.
- Ensure patient appointments, medical records, and accounts are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Supervise the management of all incoming referrals as per required timeframes.
- End of month financial reporting, invoicing, and accounts management.
- Other general administrative functions as required.
