We are seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join our team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have experience with rostering and customer service, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleAs a Roster Coordinator, you will be responsible for making contact with available Support Workers to fill unplanned vacant shifts and ensuring continuity of support. You will also ensure effective communication with clients regarding changes in shift times or Support Workers. Additionally, you will assist with the review of timesheets for payroll processing and escalate any anomalies as required. Your role will also involve creating and managing roster templates to provide clients and Support Workers with rosters one week in advance.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Completion of Year 12 and relevant previous Customer Service experience
  • Previous experience with Rostering and Customer Service Environment
  • Demonstrated skills in effective communication and well-developed interpersonal skills
  • An ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Well-developed organizational and computer skills, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and the ability to quickly learn relevant software packages
  • Able to maintain privacy and confidentiality when working with sensitive information
  • Excellent customer service focus
