Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing for the Sydney Restructuring team
  • Keeping track of fee estimates and liaising with partners regarding actions to be taken, as well as undertaking any required actions
  • Sending out bills to clients, including uploading bills to client billing platforms
  • Monitoring the team's time entry to ensure all time is captured prior to billing

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, either in a Personal Assistant or Legal Assistant capacity
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and use initiative to contribute to the team's overall success
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
