This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, draft basic correspondence, and documents, while using your tech savvy skills with Microsoft Office. As a highly valued Legal support professional at Norton Rose Fulbright, you will be integral to the overall success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing for the Sydney Restructuring team
- Keeping track of fee estimates and liaising with partners regarding actions to be taken, as well as undertaking any required actions
- Sending out bills to clients, including uploading bills to client billing platforms
- Monitoring the team's time entry to ensure all time is captured prior to billing
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, either in a Personal Assistant or Legal Assistant capacity
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and use initiative to contribute to the team's overall success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive remuneration package that reflects the importance of this role within our organization.
