">Your Responsibilities
">- Work across a diverse range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including cross-border matters.
- Draft advices, prepare court documents, and attend hearings.
- Work with a diverse and high-profile client base, assisting with negotiations.
- Active involvement in business development and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the firm values and culture through participation in CSR, pro-bono, and social activities.
- Mentor and train junior lawyers within the team.
Requirements
">- 2+ years PQE within a reputable Restructuring & Insolvency or Commercial Litigation practice.
- Commercial approach and experience dealing with complex transactions.
- Exceptional client liaison skills.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills.
