Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Restructuring Expert to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex restructuring engagements, working closely with clients to develop and deliver strategic solutions, and overseeing an engagement team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement restructuring strategies for clients, ensuring optimal outcomes
  • Manage multiple workstreams and oversee an engagement team to deliver high-quality results
  • Analyse client financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both written and verbal
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other written correspondence
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome positions for legal restructuring matters

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in managing professional restructuring cases
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance-related field
  • CA qualified or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Knowledge of fundamental accounting and business principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum
