Job Summary

The NRMA is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our team in a Casual role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating opportunities to drive sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet our high standards of presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional face-to-face, phone, and email support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Rental Services: Open and close rental agreements, sell additional products, and manage reservations and fleet organization.
  • Vehicle Presentation: Ensure all rental vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standard, ready for the next customer.
  • Damage Inspection: Inspect and record vehicle damage, ensuring accurate reporting and minimizing losses.
  • Delivery and Collection: Deliver vehicles between sites, maintaining a safe and efficient service.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working area, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Ability to work during trading hours, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Drive and Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Vehicle Experience: Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning, with a strong understanding of presentation standards.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence, with full working rights in Australia.
