Store Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and oversee all store operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability, implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff, promoting personal and professional development.
  • Manage the store's budget, including expenses and payroll, ensuring effective financial management and control.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
