Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide face-to-face, phone, and email support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Rental Operations: Open and close rental agreements, manage reservations, and organize fleet vehicles.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell additional rental products, identify sales opportunities, and promote SIXT Australia's services.
  • Vehicle Presentation: Ensure rental vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standard, ready for the next customer.
  • Damage Inspection: Inspect and record vehicle damage, ensuring accurate reporting and minimizing losses.
  • Fleet Management: Deliver vehicles between sites, maintaining a clean and safe working area.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Work during location trading hours, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role.
  • Driver's License: Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence, with the ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Working Rights: Full working rights in Australia.
