We seek a skilled professional with the capacity to devise innovative solutions to complex problems and provide expert advice to senior management.
As a specialist in performance and reward, you will be responsible for formulating strategies and implementing plans that drive business growth and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key areas of focus include designing and implementing executive and broad-based remuneration frameworks, providing strategic guidance on communication and implementation, conducting regulatory reviews, and supporting clients with WGEA reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality advice and engage effectively with multiple clients and projects.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure seamless stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee input from consultants and senior consultants, providing technical expertise and review to guarantee exceptional deliverables.
- Mentor and support consultants and senior consultants in their professional development.
- Contribute to business development initiatives.
