Job Overview

This role plays a vital part in supporting the review and implementation of performance and reward programs.

  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced individual to coordinate annual performance review and remuneration review processes, including benchmarking surveys and reporting;
  • Maintain Career Development frameworks and linkages with performance and other people programs;
  • Support the implementation, communication, and engagement of performance management processes;
  • Submit remuneration benchmarking surveys; analyse data and prepare summary reports;
  • Prepare reports and presentations with quantitative and qualitative insights for internal stakeholders;
  • Monitor legislative changes affecting remuneration and benefits and support compliance efforts;
  • Liaise with external providers to support reward initiatives;
  • Provide support to partners and employees regarding performance and reward related inquiries;
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs related to performance management and reward systems;
  • Support Employee Engagement including surveys and results presentations;
  • Conduct gender pay gap analyses;
  • Liaise with Systems and Reporting teams on relevant systems and portals.
