Reward and Performance Strategist

Performance and Reward Specialist
This is a 12-month fixed term contract position where you will play a key role in supporting our Performance and Reward Team. As a specialist, you will provide expert advice on performance and reward strategy, manage salary survey submissions, and ensure accurate benchmarking across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate international assignments and ensure compliance with local approvals
- Act as the local contact for internationally mobile employees
- Benchmark roles using leading survey providers
- Support the annual performance and remuneration review processes
- Provide project management support for reward initiatives
- Deliver insights and guidance to HR, recruitment, and business leaders
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience with Workday – essential experience
- 2+ years' experience in international mobility (highly regarded)
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and reward frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
