Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Performance & Reward Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the annual performance review and remuneration review processes, maintaining the Career Development framework, and supporting the implementation of performance management processes.

They will also submit remuneration benchmarking surveys, analyse data, and prepare summary reports, as well as provide analytical support and ad-hoc advice to internal stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our organisation and develop their skills in performance and reward analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a remuneration and benefits specialist role within professional services
  • Degree-level education; Commerce or Business-related qualifications advantageous
  • Excellent data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations (PowerPoint) with clear insights and recommendations
