Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to lead our project delivery team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing project finances, and mentoring junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead cost management on multiple projects, ensuring successful project outcomes and delivering high-quality results.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business generation sessions, identifying new opportunities and securing new clients.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including commission management and financial reporting.
  • Carbon Calculation Services: Assist in the development and implementation of carbon calculation services, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Senior Cost Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Qualifications: MRICS or MAIQS preferred, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Sectors: Experience across multiple sectors, with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • Career Development: Looking to push to the next level in their career, with a strong desire to lead and manage a team.
