Aitken College is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the newly created position of Director of Sport, commencing in 2025. This role has emerged as the College begins its partnership as a member of Association of Coeducational Schools (ACS) Sport.
**About the Role**
The Director of Sport will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive sports program that aligns with the College's mission and values. This will involve working closely with the senior leadership team, teachers, and staff to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in sports.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for sports at Aitken College, aligned with the College's mission and values.
- Lead and manage the sports department, including staff supervision and professional development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including ACS Sport and other educational institutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and College policies.
