**About the Role**

The Director of Sport will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive sports program that aligns with the College's mission and values. This will involve working closely with the senior leadership team, teachers, and staff to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in sports.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for sports at Aitken College, aligned with the College's mission and values.
  • Lead and manage the sports department, including staff supervision and professional development.
