Regional Manager

Drive business growth across Australia and New Zealand by developing and executing a strategic plan to expand regional financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in business development and sales of industrial machinery or components, with a strong knowledge of B2B sales, direct project sales, and distributor management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to drive business growth across Australia and New Zealand
  • Managing regional financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost control
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strong client and partner relationships
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales and project initiatives

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Proven problem-solving skills, negotiation, and closing abilities

Travel requirements include flexibility to travel across the region and demonstrate a willingness to do so.
