The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the Client and Partner Sales team, driving business development and account pursuit efforts across major accounts.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to expand coverage and increase win-rates on strategic prospects.
- Build and maintain a network of senior relationships in major enterprises in Australia and New Zealand, fostering opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of performance managing, growing, and building successful teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead and inspire others.
- A deep understanding of the Australian and New Zealand markets, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
