About the Role

We are seeking a senior finance leader to join our organisation and contribute to shaping strategy, driving transformation, and enabling sustainable growth in Australia & New Zealand.

This role will involve leading the regional finance function, working closely with the Country Leadership Team, and having clear succession potential to the APAC CFO position.

  • Financial planning, reporting, governance, and compliance across ANZ
  • Evaluating opportunities, shaping strategy, and prioritising investments with senior leaders
  • Driving finance transformation, working capital optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Building, inspiring, and developing a high-performing finance team with strong succession pathways
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years' experience in senior finance leadership, including Finance Director level or equivalent
  • A proven track record of partnering with CEOs and executive teams to deliver growth and transformation
  • Broad technical expertise across all aspects of finance, with a flair for commercial finance business partnering
  • An inclusive and inspiring leadership style, with exceptional influencing and communication skills
