Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our National Police Checking Service team as a Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in processing criminal history checks by resolving the identity of persons of interest who have matched against national police records in National Policing Information (NPI) Systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working within a dynamic team environment to resolve complex cases with minimal supervision
  • Using strategic and analytical thinking to make match decisions and ensure accurate results
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work, with good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and KPIs
  • Having sound computer literacy skills and ability to work across multiple IT platforms, including the Microsoft Office suite of programs
