Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth functioning of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage general administration duties, including data entry and database management.
  • Assist in event coordination, including logistics, communication with attendees, and distributing electronic newsletters.
  • Maintain effective filing systems, both paper and electronic.
  • Provide relief coverage for reception and assist other staff members as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a certificate or diploma in Business Administration or Office Management. A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administration role is also required.
