Job Role:
- Provide professional and efficient administrative support to businesses
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Complete weekly invoicing for multiple locations
- Submit monthly customer statements and follow up on outstanding payments
- Enter data into systems as required
- Process invoices and review statements daily
- Reconcile creditor payments at mid-month and end of month for head office
- Manage facilities - Liaise with service providers for site and staff house needs
- Support the finance team with queries related to business accounts
- Arrange uniforms and medicals as needed
- Complete adhoc duties where required for all businesses
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Close attention to detail
- High initiative
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work with teams and remotely
