Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Insurance Administrator, located on-site in the Greater Sydney Area. The Insurance Administrator will be responsible for handling day-to-day insurance tasks, managing customer service interactions, organizing files and records, and overseeing claims management processes. The role requires consistent attention to detail, timely processing of claims, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance and Prime Eco system
  • Strong Customer Service and Organization Skills
  • Experience in Claims Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the insurance industry is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
