Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Associate to join our Issuer Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • We require someone to meet the service requirements of clients, relationship managers, and management efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Minimising risk is crucial by upholding policies and procedures, reviewing current processes, participating in User Acceptance Testing, and implementing changes through a consensus approach.
  • A Client Service Associate will foster a positive work environment by supporting team members, participating in meetings and activities, volunteering for tasks and projects, staying updated on products and services, undertaking departmental projects, engaging in self-development and training, assisting other business units, taking on product champion roles, and contributing to national projects and phone conferences.
Requirements
  • A high level of attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team is required.
  • Follow procedures and recommend changes when improvements are identified.
  • Strong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products are necessary.
  • Possess and display a positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.
  • A team player who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn is ideal.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, maintaining professionalism and focus on quality is essential.
