About the role

As the Client Services Manager (CSM) at Mortgage Box, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This full-time position is based in our Murarrie, Queensland office .

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end loan process—valuation, pricing, lodgment, and settlement monitoring

Act as the primary point of contact for lenders and clients throughout the lending journey

Anticipate and solve issues or delays proactively

Collaborate with the onboarding officer to ensure smooth client handovers

Fostering a positive, customer-centric culture within the client services team

What we're looking for

You bring at least 2 years of experience as a Client Services Manager or Client Associate in residential lending

You have a solid grasp of loan structures, valuations, pricing, and credit policy

You've managed loan files solo—from submission to settlement

You're solution-oriented, well-organized, and excel in fast-paced environments

You're professional with client-first communication skills

Proficiency in mortgage CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Preferably MyCRM and AOL.
