About the Role
As a Virtual Job Placement Coach, you will be working with children and young people to help them realise their potential and achieve meaningful employment.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships with participants.
You will be responsible for contacting recently referred participants to schedule future appointments, reminding them of upcoming appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Your practice will be client-centred, with a focus on supporting participants to overcome barriers and achieve their goals.

Requirements
- Contacting participants to schedule appointments and discuss missed appointments
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant systems and contract guidelines
- Identifying barriers to participant engagement and arranging support
- Completing virtual intake assessments and developing tailored job plans
- Working collaboratively with participants to set goals and implement strategies
