About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and support personal growth in participants to develop their vocational identity
  • Tailor supports to individual requirements, providing encouragement and skills development for work-readiness
  • Deliver person-centered supports to transition school-goers to employment
  • Provide on-site support after employment starts and assist with integration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should be resilient, creative, and love working collaboratively. A current driver's license, comprehensively insured vehicle, first aid and CPR certification, and passing Working with Children, Criminal History, and NDIS Worker Screening Checks are also required.
