The Clinical Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring quality standards and service level agreements are consistently exceeded.

This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities, with excellent judgement, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of a global cardiac monitoring solutions provider.
- Lead, mentor, and support team leads and clinicians to achieve KPIs and professional growth.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimise clinical workflows and data management processes.
- Maintain strong communication channels between clinical teams and senior leadership.
