As a seasoned professional, you will lead and develop a team of cardiac specialists to drive day-to-day performance, scheduling, and resource planning.

- Support the design and delivery of training and development programs for clinical staff
This is a key role within the management team, offering the chance to shape the success of a growing clinical operation.
About You
You are an experienced people leader, confident in guiding high-performing professionals. You are energised by coaching and supporting others to grow, and you know how to drive accountability while maintaining trust.
- Proven track record in leading and coaching experienced staff, ideally within a healthcare or technical setting
- A passion for developing individuals and strengthening team performance
- Experience driving performance conversations, giving feedback and creating growth plans
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and people-first leadership
- High standards for quality and customer care
- Sound analytical thinking and comfort with clinical data
- A relevant degree in Science or Health (beneficial but not essential)
