About the Opportunity

As Lead Cardiac Team Member, you'll drive day-to-day team performance, scheduling, and resource planning.

You'll work closely with clinical, operational and leadership stakeholders to:

  • Implement best practices for cardiac monitoring solutions
  • Develop a collaborative and motivated team culture
  • Career coach and mentor high-performing professionals
  • Manage escalations and client satisfaction
  • Design training programs for cardiac staff

You're an experienced professional leader, confident in guiding teams.

Passionate about building positive cultures where people feel heard, valued and inspired to do their best work.

  • Proven track record in leading and coaching teams within a healthcare or technical setting
  • Expertise in driving performance conversations, giving feedback and creating growth plans
  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence and results-driven leadership

  • Solid analytical thinking and comfort with clinical or technical data
