Senior Cardiac Nurse Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Critical Care Nurse to take on a leadership position in our dynamic Cardiac Services Unit.
The successful candidate will work closely with the unit manager to efficiently manage staff and resources, ensuring high-quality care delivery in line with policies and procedures.
About the Role- This is a key leadership role that requires strong clinical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for patient care.
- You will lead a team of nurses, mentoring and guiding them to achieve excellence in their roles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care, post-graduate studies in coronary care, and 3-4 years of experience in a coronary care unit.
Able to use critical thinking in decision making, management skills, and experience in leading teams would be highly regarded.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior nurse to step up into a management role and build a clinical leadership skillset.

- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- Depending on the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
